Ms. Lily Asiimwe is an Assistant Academic Registrar and early career researcher with a background in Public Administration, Ethics and Development Studies. She has professional experience in higher education governance, and research coordination. She holds a Master of Public Management with specialization in Public Administration and Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Ethics and Development. Her research interests intersect digital governance, ICT, gender, education, and Public Policy. She is passionate about strengthening institutional capacity, advancing research and policy capacity and promoting evidence-based policymaking as a catalyst for inclusive and accountable development in Africa.
